The youngest daughter of Shima Sakon. After Sakon was killed in the Battle of Sekigahara, it is said that she as raised in a kimono shop in Kyoto. Later she became the second wife of Yagyu Toshiyoshi and gave birth to Yagyu Iwakane, a swordsman who would succeed the Yagyu family.
